ONE HUNDRED PERCENT OF NOTHING IS STILL NOTHING!!!

You are the owner of a Trademark, not just a Trademark, it’s the perfect Trademark for a specific Product or Service, so how do you capitalize on it?

You could spend untold amounts of Money and Time to create the Product or Service yourself, promote it, and wait until it grows into something spectacular to cash in, but if you were prepared to do that you probably wouldn’t be reading this.

Is the Trademark already registered or do you own the Trademark application with an NOA (Notice Of Allowance).

There is a limited amount of time you have to turn a Trademark with an NOA into a registered Trademark. Once a Trademark application is granted an NOA you have six months to produce a specimen and show it is being used in commerce before you have to file an extension of time, which is another fee. You are limited to FIVE (5) extensions to file an SOA (Statement Of Use), after which if you have not produced a specimen and proof of it being used in commerce your Trademark application is cancelled by the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office). This TIME CONSTRAINT makes finding a strategic partner with the capabilities to make it all happen, an attractive option.

So how do you find a Strategic Partner that is willing to take on the task, one that has experience in developing products or services in the same field, in return for a smaller stake when the Product or Service takes off, and what do you do once you find one?

While we can’t guarantee that we will Find that Strategic Partner for you, we offer a non-exclusive platform as a resource to help make it happen. Non-exclusive in that if you or someone else finds that Strategic Partner for you, you owe us nothing. Just a notification so we don’t continue our efforts.

Since we don’t make money unless we secure a licensee for your Trademark, every effort will be made to try and make that happen.

Your Trademark will be posted on our website, included in appropriate press releases and, from time-to-time, promoted at Tradeshows.

OUR SUCCESS DEPENDS ON YOUR SUCCESS!!!

REANIMATING OLD FAVORITES

Nostalgia is a powerful tool—especially when it comes to consumer brands. Reviving beloved names from decades past allows companies to tap into existing emotional connections, brand recognition, and loyalty.

With minimal ramp-up cost and instant cultural cachet, reintroducing legacy brands like CINN*A*BURST unlocks unique opportunities. These favorites already have a built-in fan base, meaning less market education and more immediate impact. That instant name recognition also opens the door to Brand Extensions (other products that can be branded under the same Trademark) since the trust factor has already been established.

For example, A distillery might wish to brand a cinnamon-flavored spirit under the CINN*A*BURST Trademark to gain an edge over the competition. Of course, the product has to live up to its reputation in order to be a success.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you don't see the answer you're looking for, feel free to reach out to our team any time for assistance with your inquiry.

  • WHY ARE NOSTALGIC BRANDS SO POPULAR?

Not every Brand is Worth Repeating, but the ones that are considered Classic, Iconic and/or Nostalgic bring out strong emotional connections with consumers. These Brands leverage instant Recognition, Loyalty and Trust, which equates to Faster Market Acceptance with Minimal Ramp-Up costs. Legacy Brands may also resonate across generations which opens up opportunities for brand extensions in the form of New Products that Capture the Trust of existing fans. Additionally, Consumers are Not the only ones with feelings, Retailers are also more likely to take a chance on a Brand that is familiar to them as opposed to a Brand they never heard of.

  • WHAT IS BRANDS WORTH REPEATING?

At first glance, Brands Worth Repeating is a Marketplace where Manufacturers, Distributors, Retail Outlets and Entrepreneurs can shop for Iconic Brands that Companies have invested Tens of Thousands and in some cases Millions of Dollars to Create and Advertise, Creating a Strong Demand for their Offerings and a Respected Reputation for Quality and Consistency.

Through Licensing and/or Purchase options, Brands Worth Repeating seeks out Strategic Partnerships with the Expertise and Resources to Successfully Re-introduce the Brand to the Marketplace on a National Level.

  • WHY DOES A COMPANY GIVE UP A BRAND THAT IS SUCCESSFUL?

Success, like Beauty, is in the eye of the beholder. Once a Brand “Catches On” and starts Generating big Numbers in terms of Sales, the Advertising lessens, the Targeted Consumer Group ages and the Sales Flatten. Since these Companies are always on the Look-Out for the Next Best Thing, If a Brand that Once Generated Tens of Millions of Dollars Falls to a Level where it is only Generating a Few Million Dollars, they Turn Their Attention to what they believe to be the Next best Thing.

We have all heard the expression “Out with the Old and In with the New!”

On the Flip Side, A new start-up would be Thrilled to “Hit The Ground Running” with a Few Million in Sales.

  • IS THERE AN ADVANTAGE TO LICENSING VERSUS BUYING A BRAND OUTRIGHT?

The first hurdle is whether the Owner of the Brand is Willing to Sell their Brand Outright for fear they might be throwing the Baby out with the Bathwater.

From the Licensee or Purchasers perspective, the Main Advantage to Licensing is Less Initial Output since Developing, Manufacturing and eventually Marketing a Product or Product Line all take Time and Money. Once up and running, the Licensee and Licensor might feel more comfortable reaching a Sales Agreement.

  • DOES BRANDS WORTH REPEATING OWN THE BRANDS THAT THEY REPRESENT?

While we do Own Several, we currently have a small circle of Brand Owners that have entrusted us to Represent their Brands as well.
